The school year runs from June 15 to March 15. The first semester is from June 15 to October 31, and the second semester, from November 1 to March 15. Students are generally admitted only at the beginning of the school year. On-campus student accommodation is available for scholastics and religious sisters.

Admissions to different courses start from April 15 and end by June 14. Official transcripts of previous studies, along with a letter of endorsement from guardian/sponsor, should be submitted at the time of admission.
